For when the tenant does not leave
Texas Eviction Kit
One set of answers produces the notice, the declaration of delivery, and a petition worksheet with every item Rule 510.6(a) requires, so the second trip to justice court is a copy job.
What is in the PDF
- The notice. Pay rent or vacate, vacate, 30 day CARES, or month to month termination, with the deadline computed under 24.0042.
- Declaration of delivery. Date, method, recipient, and the prior delinquency answer the 2026 petition asks for.
- Your dates. Last day of the period, earliest filing day, then the Rule 510 timeline from filing to writ.
- Petition worksheet. Plaintiff, defendants, premises and precinct, grounds, rent due, notice type, delivery date and method, prior delinquency, CARES status, relief requested. Copy into your county's form or the e-filing interview.
- County fee card. Filing, service and writ fees for the five largest counties with sources and dates.
- Filing checklist. Sworn verification, lease copy, notice copy, military status affidavit, serve every adult, CARES writ timing.

What the kit is not
It is not representation and it is not your county's official petition form; those are free from the court and the kit tells you what to put in each blank. It does not file for you. Texas Notice is a service of Catalyst Advisory Group, LLC, not a law firm.
