Texas Notice provides forms and information. These forms and this website are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. We are not a law firm, we are not your attorney, and no attorney client relationship is created by using this site or Tex. We sell document preparation products under Texas Government Code 81.101(c). You are responsible for the facts you enter and for deciding how to proceed.

What you buy

A one time license to use the generated PDF for the tenancy described. No subscription is created. Prices are shown before payment and charged once through Stripe.

Refund

If a Texas justice court rejects a Texas Notice document for a content defect, send the court's stated reason to service@texasnotice.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Deadlines you missed, delivery you did not make, facts entered incorrectly, and outcomes of your case are not content defects.

Accuracy and changes in law

We review the statutes regularly and date each review. Law changes; confirm current requirements with the court or an attorney before you rely on any document for a filing.

Limits

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost rent, court outcomes, or consequential damages.

Texas law applies

These terms are governed by Texas law. Venue is in Texas.
