What we collect

The information you type into a notice (names, addresses, amounts, dates), your email address, and payment details handled by Stripe. We do not see your card number. We collect standard web logs and use privacy respecting analytics.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your document, to send your receipt and download link, to answer support, and, if you ask for an insurance quote, to pass your request to a licensed Texas insurance agency. Your notice content is encoded in your Stripe order record so you can re download it; we do not sell it or use it for marketing.

Questions you ask Tex are sent to an AI provider to generate the answer. Do not include information you would not put in an email.

Your choices

Email service@texasnotice.com to get or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 10 business days.
