Texas Notice runs under your agency's name for your landlord and dwelling fire policyholders, at no cost to the agency, with no staff time.
How it works
- We set up yourname.texasnotice.com with your logo, your agent's name and number, and your quote link.
- You send one email to your landlord book: "If you ever have to give a tenant notice, use this. It is built for the 2026 law and it is $19." We write the email.
- Your clients get correct paper and a deadline they can trust. You get a reason to be in their inbox twice a year when the law moves, and a quote request every time a landlord with a bad tenant realizes a homeowner policy does not cover lost rent.
What the agency gets
- Every quote request from your subdomain goes to your agency, not ours
- A changelog email you can forward when Texas landlord law changes
- Monthly usage report by client
- Revenue share on notice sales from your subdomain, paid quarterly
What it costs
Nothing. Your clients pay $19 for a notice or $49 for the kit, same as everyone. The agency pays no setup or license fee.
